No. Press Pause 90 is a forward-looking coaching programme. Not a recovery group. Not a 12-step process. Not a medical intervention. We don't use labels. We focus entirely on what you're building.

Do I have to call myself an alcoholic to work with Karl Elliott?

Absolutely not. This programme doesn't require any label. If alcohol has been costing you more than it's giving you and you're ready to change that, that's the only qualification you need.

What if I slip up during the 90-day programme?

A slip doesn't end the programme. We work through it together. The goal isn't perfection. It's understanding what happened, rebuilding momentum, and continuing forward. Slips are part of how change works for most people. We plan for that.

Can I start the programme if I'm still drinking?

Yes. The discovery call is the right first step wherever you are. Some people start the programme still drinking. Understanding why you drink is the foundation. That work begins from wherever you are right now.

Is Press Pause 90 for men and women?

Yes. Press Pause 90 is for men and women aged 35-55 who are ready to take a break from alcohol and build forward. The programme is personal to you.

How is Karl Elliott's coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Therapy focuses on the problem. Coaching focuses on where you're going. Press Pause 90 deals with why you drink in Phase 1, then spends the remaining 60 days building the life that makes alcohol irrelevant. That forward focus is what makes the difference.
